Mmmm, pecorino comes to mind.<br /><br />Patty Pan squash... let's see...<br />Leave them whole or halve them lengthwise to enjoy their singular shape, add crookneck or other strange shaped squash, and slice some zucchini too.<br />Film a large saucepan with olive oil. Add chopped onions and celery and sauté for 3 minutes.<br />Add squash (& later zucchini), salt, pepper and 2 tbsp water.
